We are now looking for our next star CISO (Chief Information Security Officer), Nordic at Dustin. The role demands a tactical leadership without any attached people responsibility. The team consists of 12 strongly competent and self driven individuals who operate through our different country offices.

The hiring manager for the role is Dennie Karlsson, Group CISO at Dustin. It is important for him that we build a security program that allows us to keep a high transformative pace without having to increase our risk tolerance. As a leader, he is result orientated and he likes him and the team to deliver on the plans and reach the results that have been set forth. His leadership style is adaptive based on the individual needs. He believes in building a relationship based on trust and a coaching approach.


About the Role

In your role as CISO Nordic, you, together with the team, will assist the organisation in achieving Dustin’s strategic objectives, executing on the security strategy, and reducing Dustin’s risk exposure for our current technology portfolio. You will be responsible for protecting information and assets of the company, including the data of clients and consumers.

You will maintain the trust of Dustin’s customers and works closely with the organisation and business in securing organisational information assets to implement and maintain security policies, operate security technologies, respond to incidents, identify areas of concern and implement appropriate changes as needed. In this role, you will not only work with the Compliance, but you will also work close to the business to deliver on strategic targets. You will be involved in the processes from start to end and act together with the business to find the right solution for us.

What you bring

Must Have:


  • Knowledge and experience either as or equivalent to the CISO role of around 3 years
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business, Engineering, Technology or another relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English.

Meritorious to Have:

  • Knowledge of relevant security and compliance frameworks, standards and regulations such as, ISO270xx, NIST, and COBIT
  • Certifications in security such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CEH
